We currently have an exciting vacancy on a strategic Age UK project that will deliver the replacement CRM platform to our Ashburton contact centre in Devon.  The Project Manager will manage the full project lifecycle by extending the reach / functionality of the CRM2.0 solution (MS Dynamics CRM developed for the not for profit environment). 

Required attributes:

  • A substantial and successful track record of project management roles delivering integrated Contact Centre Solutions
  • Experience of driving change and process performance improvement in systems and culture across Contact Centres with a user base of c.100 agents. 
  • Preferred experience working with MS Dynamics CRM and Avaya telephony solutions
  • Experience in managing large budgets effectively
  • Ability to undertake business process modelling
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite and MS Project.
  • Preferable project management qualification required such as PMP or equivalent to Prince2.
  • Preferable Business Analysis qualification
