Care Network Helpdesk
Contact the Care Network Helpdesk for help around the home, including home maintenance and domestic tasks such as shopping and cleaning.
Care Network is an independent charity which provides access to a range of reliable, quality assured and affordable practical help services to help people remain independent at home.
These services include:
- shopping services
- cleaning
- ironing and laundry
- gardening
- benefit checks
- home maintenance and repair services including small jobs, locksmiths, TV aerials and more
We operate a free telephone helpdesk which offers advice and information on all of these services. We can also provide extra support and home visits for people who need more help to organise the services.
The cost of the services depends on the nature and amout of service required.
Last year Care Network helped over 1,600 people to access services to help them stay independent.
