Our Information, Advice and Guidance service offers a free, confidential and independent advice service to people aged 65+ living in the London Borough of Bromley and people aged 50+ living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
What we do
Our expert advisors provided generalist advice on a range of issues including employment rights, welfare benefits, debt, housing, legal issues, relationships, and consumer rights.
If you would like some help with your paperwork or a bill or would like someone to act on your behalf, we may be able to help you.
We keep stocks of free leaflets and fact sheets which cover a huge range of subjects. We also produce lists that are specific to Bromley and Greenwich, such as hairdressers who can visit you at home, or clubs and activities in various parts of the two Boroughs.
For Information and Advice inquiries, or to make an appointment at an Outreach Surgery please call 020 8315 1850. When you first contact us we will carry out a quick Initial Assessment. This helps us to fully understand your circumstances and ensure that we provide the most appropriate level of support tailored to your individual needs.
