Henderson Court provides a wide range of activities, talks, and a freshly prepared hot lunch, as well as being a specialist day care centre caring for older people with complex needs.

What is Henderson Court?

Henderson Court Day Care Centre provides a wide range of activities and workshops as well as being a specialist day care centre caring for older people with complex needs.

The Day Care Centre also provides a hot lunch and a range of special events, including musical afternoons, theatre performances, talks and much more.

Caring for people with dementia and complex needs

At Henderson Court, we have a dedicated, specialist team. We support people with care needs, including those with mild - moderate dementia and complex needs.

Who can attend?

There are two options for older people to attend Henderson Court:

1. With fees paid for by Camden Adult Social Care (if assessed as eligible)
2. As a ‘self-funder’

Afternoon Tea with Hampstead Women’s Group (1st Friday of each month)

We also run additional person centered activities throughout the week.

Opening hours and access

Henderson Court is a warm and friendly day care centre and we welcome visitors. More information, tours of the day care centre and trial days are available by appointment.

We are open from Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm.

We are five minutes walk from Hampstead tube station and buses 46 and 268 stop nearby.

There is wheelchair access to the main entrance of the centre, which is in Prince Arthur Road.

Community space for hire

As well as providing services for older people in the northwest part of the London Borough of Camden - Henderson Court also offers spaces for rent on weekdays:

Large Studio Room with wooden parquet floor and mirror - £50 / hour (available from May 2024)
There is an additional cost if kitchen facilities are required as well.
