Central Croydon office

Katharine Street officeOur main office is in Katharine Street, central Croydon, opposite the Clocktower Centre and Croydon Library. We can be contacted here by telephone, fax or e-mail from 9.30 to 4.30, Monday to Friday. The office is open to personal callers from 10.00 to 12.30 and 2.00 to 4.00, Monday to Friday.

We are on the corner with Kidderminster Road and diagonally opposite the Lidl supermarket. The bus stop immediately outside our offices is served by bus routes: 60, 64, 109, 198, 250 and 289. West Croydon tram stop, train and bus stations are approximately 8 to 10 minutes walk.

 

We have the following facilities for disabled people:

  • A ramp for access into the building
  • Stair lift access
  • A toilet for disabled people
  • Induction loops to assist the hard of hearing
  • Accessible information can be provided on request, e.g. large print
  • Patience and understanding

Although our reception desk is above wheelchair height, clients are seen in our interview rooms all of which are accessible.
