All Age Cymru staff are able to join a group personal pension plan (GPP) company pension scheme.
The charity believes it is important that employees are able to afford to make a provision for their future.
In order to encourage this and to ensure that employees have the opportunity to maximise their pension benefits, Age Cymru currently contributes 8% of the pensionable salary to the GPP and we ask employees to contribute a minimum of 3%.
Age Cymru contributes an extra 1% if employees contribute 4% or more.
Life Assurance is equal to 2 x Salary which is enhanced to 4 x Salary if the employee is a member of the Pension Scheme.
Age Cymru operates a Flexible Working Scheme which employees choose the time they begin and finish work around a set core time during each working day.
Age Cymru also gives all statutory public holidays to full time staff (pro-rata for part-time staff).

Age Cymru offer a salary sacrifice scheme for childcare vouchers to enable staff to benefit from the generous tax advantages of covering the cost of childcare in this way.
The standard working week for full time staff is 35 hours. Age Cymru also has a variety of part-time working staff.
Age Cymru pays for all staff to be members of a health cash plan which gives access to lots of benefits and services, including money back, up to set limits, towards essential health costs such as optical and dental treatments for you and any dependents.
