Step to the Future

Step to the Future is an exercise programme devised to help older people to keep strong and active.

The programme progresses through standing, chair-based and floor exercises that help to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve endurance and balance. They are demonstrated by an enthusiastic team of people in later life.

The programme's presenter, Seona Ross, has over 65 years’ experience teaching exercise.
