Age needs one voice. Now it has:
Age Cymru is the new force combining Age Concern Cymru and
Help the Aged in Wales. Age Cymru is a member of the Age UK family.
Do you claim all the money you're entitled to? For many of us, it's the little things that make us happy, but are we really doing everything we can to get these little things?
It's easy to feel sad when, after working hard all our lives we can't afford the small things, such as a treat for our grandchildren, or a simple cup of coffee when we go out.
But every year, up to £5 billion in Pension Credit, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefits is going unclaimed by older people.
Other entitlements are also unclaimed - especially Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance.
So why do we choose not to claim our money? We can list different causes but there are two barriers that are the most difficult to over come.
We assume we are not eligible because we have some savings or we own a house.
Look at our posters and find out if you could be eligible for Pension Credit (PDF 383KB)
We are too proud to claim what is rightfully ours.

Age Cymru wants to break barriers and destroy myths about benefits and we're asking everybody who cares to help us.
