What activities will be conducted at the centres?
Our team of care assistants are happy to conduct any activity familiar to individuals including reminiscence work, crafts, music and bingo.
Where are the centres held?
At Llanfairpwll on Saturday, Moelfre on Monday.
Who can attend?
Anyone, any age that has Dementia or a Dementia related illness.
What about transport?
If there are any difficulties contact your social worker or community psychiatric nurse for further information.
What is the cost of attending the centre?
Free. They are subsidised by the Welsh Assembly Carers Strategy Fund.
The day centres have been set up to support both the carer and the person with Dementia.
