Who is eligible?
Anyone over the age of 50 who lives in the Gwynedd area and needs assistance with shopping and would like to do it
themselves with the support of carers.
Who will provide the help?
Our team of trained carers who have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
What help can you receive?
Carers will come to your home and take you shopping, to include food, clothes or other items needed for the home. This service does not cover appointments at the hospital, doctors or visiting the hairdressers.
How much does the service cost?
The service is free for individuals on certain benefits.
Conditions of service:
If a cancellation is made for a succession of 4 weeks (or does not go out shopping with a carer) the service will be terminated and the hours will be offered to someone else.
