What is Falls Awareness Week?

Falls Awareness Week is an annual event to help prevent older people suffering from falls.
The week aims to help people to understand what they can do themselves to prevent falling, as well as to highlight the variety local services available to help.

Best Foot Forward

This year’s Falls Awareness Week is called Best Foot Forward and focuses on how to keep our feet healthy - something that’s fundamental to maintaining our mobility and independence.
