We’re running free seminars in Llanelli and Pontypridd for older people on using the internet.

The events are taking place on 19 March at the Elim Pentecostal Church in Llanelli, and 21 March at the Hub at RCT Homes in Pontypridd.

Both seminars happen between 1.00pm and 4.00pm and feature presentations by Age Cymru’s Healthy Ageing Manager Claire Bottomley, and Karen Roberts and Ruari McClaren from Communities 2.0.

They are open to older people who are interested in social media as well as organisations that run IT classes for older people.

You need to book your place at the seminars and places are limited, so call 029 2043 1555 or contact ageingwell@agecymru.org.uk by no later than Thursday 14 March.

If you are a journalist and would like further information, please contact Iwan Rhys Roberts on 029 2043 1562, 07739 894 923, iwan.roberts@agecymru.org.uk
