We are currently looking for people in the Carmarthen area who would like to train up to become volunteer Nordic Walking leaders and volunteer Nordic Walking instructors.
Nordic Walking is one of Europe’s most popular and fastest growing forms of physical activity. It's great fun and it involves walking with a pair of specially-designed lightweight walking poles, which we will provide.
Nordic Walking exercises 90% of your body’s muscles, increasing strength in the legs, arms, shoulders and back.
Nordic Walking improves your stability, mobility, posture and is a great way of staying healthy.
Nordic Walking is a very social activity and it gets you out of the house and into the fresh air – you can even bring your friends and family along with you!
