Each week this winter we're publishing a simple health tip to help older people in Wales keep warm, safe and well.

This week Joanne Bass, our Keep Well this Winter Coordinator offers advice on going outside during the winter months.

Joanne says:

"If you do go out in wet conditions  – remember to get changed out of wet clothes as soon as you can and be careful in wet and slippery conditions not to fall over.

"If it’s icy outside try to stay indoors to reduce your risk of falling. "
