Each week this winter we're publishing a simple health tip to help older people in Wales keep warm, safe and well.
This week Joanne Bass, our Keep Well this Winter Coordinator offers some low-cost tips for keeping warm at night:
"Add several layers of covers to your bed at night as it traps hot air and costs you nothing.
"A warm milky drink at bedtime will also warm you up and top up your calcium levels."
