People say the nicest things about our HandyVan service, which Wales & West Utilities sponsors.
We get ‘Thank you’ letters almost every day from people who’ve had a HandyVan visit and their kind words never fail to put a smile on our faces.
So we thought we’d share some of the compliments we’ve had about HandyVan and particularly about our HandyVan Fitter - Sean Overbury, with you.
“I found Sean to be extremely pleasant, well-mannered and really nice and helpful.”
“Sean is very kind and patient. It was a great help to have some person I can trust in my home. He is a very kind and caring man, thank you for sending him.”
“Sean was punctual, pleasant and practical. He put me at my ease and I felt comfortable - just like having a friend in my house.”
“Sean was extremely helpful checking all electric sockets and plugs. Also checked smoke alarm and replaced my faulty electric blanket. I cannot thank you enough.”
It’s nice to know that the HandyVan service and Sean are so valued by older people in the Cardiff and Penarth areas.
