We've still got delegate spaces avilable at our free Ageing Well in Wales conference.
The conference is titled 'Maintaining balance: continuing mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing' and it takes place at the Village Hotel in Swansea on Monday 20 February.
Our Healthy Ageing Manager Claire Bottomley says:
"This event is aimed at informing practitioners, commissioners, planners and service providers of the opportunities, challenges and key issues of ensuring that the mental well being (and happiness) of older people can be supported and maintained.
"It will showcase approaches and examples of good and developing practice, and will also consider the contribution of faith/spiritual belief to mental wellbeing and happiness. "
