As we approach the colder months and the dark nights begin to set in, life can be harsh for many older people across Wales.

Thousands will live in just one room to keep warm, many won’t see another person for up to a month and others will rely on the television as their only company.

That is why Age Cymru needs companies, individuals and organisations to help us with our Spread the Warmth campaign this winter.

All the money raised from our Spread the Warmth campaign will go to help older people through the winter.

You can support this campaign by organising your own ‘Winter Warmer’contact our Fundraising team on 029 2034 1555 for further details.

Or, why not join us for our Spread the Warmth concert at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff on November 27?

Headlined by Celine Forrest, the Morriston Orpheus Choir and Howell’s School Choir are also performing.
