Volunteer in RCT and Merthyr

We're looking for volunteers to help us in the Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil areas with a programme called ‘Add To Your Life'.
‘Add To Your Life' is a free online health check set up to help over 50s to look at their own health and take steps to feel better and stay healthy and active.
Age Cymru is supporting this NHS Wales programme in Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil and we urgently need volunteers to help us deliver it.
If you can use a computer or tablet and would like to help us to deliver free online health checks for older people in these communities, we want to hear from you.
