Keep Well this Winter health tip 25 January

Each week this winter we're publishing a simple health tip to help older people in Wales keep warm, safe and well.

This week Joanne Bass, our Keep Well this Winter Coordinator offers advice on saving energy.

Joanne says:

"Make sure you’re saving energy wherever you can.

"Things you can do to save energy include switching off appliances rather than leaving them on standby, replacing normal lightbulbs with energy efficient bulbs which use one fifth of the electricity, and only boiling as much water as you need in the kettle."
