Dancing and Exercise Classes

Zumba Gold Classes
We have Zumba classes for every ability. Wednesday 10:30am to 11:15am. Join us for some fun exercise to music.

Pilates Classes
Exercises to work on core muscle strength. Exercise with real health benefits. Mondays 10.30-11.15am and Thursdays 9.30-10.15am

Tai Chi Classes
We run a Tai Chi session on Tuesdays from 10am-11am at the Glen Vue Centre. Gentle flowing movements to relax your mind and body.

Seated Yoga
Seated Yoga is a great way to improve your flexibility and fitness. Join us on Thursdays 10.30-11.15am at the Glen Vue Centre.

Friday mornings 9.30am-11.00am. Come and have fun, make friends and learn a new skill.

Computer Class
For help with your technology problems visit our Computer Club on a Wednesday morning.

Gardening Club
On a Thursday morning we run our gardening club. If you are even the slightest bit green fingered this is for you.

Art and Craft
Come along and join us for some fun arts and crafts on a Monday morning from 11am-12pm. Everyone welcome.
Musical Fridays
Come and join the singalong in the morning, with Ann on the piano and Liam on the keyboard, after lunch.
