Malnutrition in hospital: Share your experience

We would be very interested in hearing how you were treated.

We would especially like to hear from you (or a member of your family, or your carer) if:

• you have been in hospital in the last six to eight weeks
• you lost a lot of weight for reasons not directly connected with your immediate medical condition.

Reasons for your weight loss may include:

• failure to monitor your weight and intake of food,
• the quality of food,
• the service of food,
• a lack of consideration of your special needs,
• or a failure to consult you, or your relative or carer.
