We raised a staggering £293,000 at our fourth Vitality Ball at the Natural History Museum, smashing our target of raising a million pounds since the event began in 2011.
The event, held in the Hintze Hall around Dippy the Dinosaur, was hosted by impressionist Jon Culshaw, who had the guests in fits of laughter even before dinner was served.
After a sumptuous 3-course meal and wine, illusionist and Britain's Got Talent finalist, David Penn, mesmerised the room of over 350 guests with a trio of must-be-seen-to-be-believed magic tricks, including sawing a guest in half!
With the help of former Bond star Samantha Bond, auctioneer Tim Wonnacott hosted our live auction which saw guests bid on an array of fantastic prizes. The evening culminated in an electrifying set by the fabulous Heather Small and dancing to DJs Freight Train.
Thank you to our sponsors, guests, volunteers and prize donors for making the event such a success. Together, we can help combat loneliness.
