The new force combining &
Age Concerns in the South West region are delivering a variety of different projects across both rural and urban settings.
Due to the large geographical area‚ there are nine delivery partners working on six different fit as a fiddle projects‚ which they will extend or roll out where they work in the third year of the fit as a fiddle project.
Gaps in the provision of fit as a fiddle health promotion projects across the region will be identified and existing projects will be expanded to fill such gaps.
