Extend exercise classes
Our classes are an easy and fun way to keep you moving and aid balance and co-ordination. Have a go at simple chair-based or standing exercises to music. This class is suitable for all abilities.
Weekly classes are held in Pershore and Evesham.
Ready, Steady, Go!
This is a 24 week exercise course to improve strength and balance, led by a postural stability instructor. Courses will be run in different locations throughout Worcestershire.
