This course has been devised to meet the needs of volunteers who run footcare clinics. This course aims to raise awareness of relevant issues including:
- customer care
- cultural diversity
- health and safety
- infection control
- lone working
- safeguarding vulnerable adults
- maintaining client confidentiality
