This extended course offers a more in-depth examination of the 3 hour course and includes opportunity to apply the knowledge to a wider range of case studies to gain further insight and to explore the process of effective recording and reporting of actual or potential abuse.
Candidates will have the opportunity to complete a personal action plan identifying risk factors and coping strategies/responses to reduce the incidence of abuse in relation to their workplace.
