Our Home Helpers can give you a helping hand with a variety of tasks. We will come and discuss your requirements, then your Home Helper can visit every week or fortnight for as long as you like (minimum of 1.5 hours per week).   We ask you to pay by Direct Debit, to help us keep our administrative costs as low as we can. The cost is  £19.00 per hour * and there is a one-off fee of £20.00  for the initial home visit and assessment of your requirements.

We can

  • Carry out a full “spring  clean” including floors, kitchens, bathrooms, help to de- clutter, have a tidy up – whatever you need
  • Change bedding
  • Collect your prescriptions, dry cleaning or do your shopping
  • Help prepare light meals
  • Escort you to appointments

The above list is by no means exhaustive. We would be happy to visit to discuss individual requirements EXCLUDING PERSONAL CARE with which you might like our help.

If you are not sure you can afford our Help at Home services, please ask our staff about benefits. It may be that you are entitled to financial benefits that will help with the costs.
