We can help you stay warm and well this winter.
A free Home Energy Check from Age UK Isle of Wight can help you improve the energy efficiency of your home, saving you energy and cutting down your bills.
The Age UK Isle of Wight Handyperson Service is working in partnership with E.On and First Utility to help everyone have a warm home this winter. 
We are offering free Home Energy Checks aimed at improving the energy efficiency of your home, as well as practical advice and certain items to help you save energy whilst remaining warm and well during the colder months.
If you, or someone you know, could benefit from a Home Energy Check please contact our Handyperson Service by: Email: warmhomes@ageukiw.org.uk / Calling (01983) 525282 and asking for the Handyperson Service.  
*Due to funding restrictions we can only offer this service to people aged 50 years and over.

Before contacting us please ask:

  • Is your whole house warm in winter?
  • Do you have difficulty paying your energy bills?
  • Do you have difficulty heating your house?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions then you may be eligible for a free home energy check.

If you, or someone you know, could benefit from a Home Energy Check please contact our Handyperson Service by email: warmhomes@ageukiw.org.uk / or by calling (01983) 525282 and asking for the Handyperson Service.  

*Due to funding restrictions we can only offer this service to people aged 50 years and over who are finding it difficult to keep their home warm / are at risk of cold related illness.
