Vida's, located in the heart of Brixton off Windrush Square, is fully accessible and has a hearing loop system. Its extensive program offers a wide range of activities designed to help older people create and achieve goals for a happier life.

Vida's is our community space where a number of MYsocial events are held, we provide a range of activities and support for older people there including arts and crafts, baking, Zumba, computer classes, lunch clubs, massage, seated exercise, tech workshops, yoga, sing-a-long and much much more! A regular 'Out and About' group visits London landmarks. A 'Yak and Yarn' knitting group meets at the Hetherington Group Practice in Clapham and a drawing class at Holland Grove Housing Scheme in Stockwell.
