Lambeth activity programmes
The Borough of Lambeth run an Active Referral scheme to prevent coronary heart disease, a Heart Active club for residents completing a cardiac rehabilitation programme, and active walks. All programmes are suitable for all abilities and ages and are either free or inexpensive.

Private gyms & health clubs
Lambeth’s private gyms and health clubs offer a fantastic range of facilities and hi-tech equipment which may not be available in the public leisure centres. Many offer the addition of steam rooms, saunas and personal training facilities. However, please note that these clubs are private and therefore joining fees and monthly charges do apply. Nevertheless, most offer concessionary rates.
