Working with and for older people in Lancashire
0300 303 1234
Age UK Lancashire is an independent local charity so all our running costs have to be raised each year through appeals, grant applications, events and other fundraising ventures.
Demand for our help increases year on year and we rely on the generosity and time given by our volunteers and the donations we receive to fund many of our vital services. This generosity helps to improve and support the quality of life for all older people throughout the county.
If you feel that you can help in any of the ways below, or indeed in any other way, then please contact us either at your local office or on 0300 303 1234 during office hours.
Age UK Lancashire can only survive if people keep giving donations. Although we get grants for some of our activities we have no regular guaranteed income.
Age UK Lancashire relies on a number of sources for raising the funds required to be able to provide the many services for people on offer today.
Our volunteers play a vital role at Age UK Lancashire. At present we have over 900 volunteers across the county. We value highly all work done by our volunteers and always need more!If you have the time - however little - there are many ways in which you can help.
