Fundraiser - FDR1.15

Salary £13,962 (equivalent to £27,924 Full Time) 17.5 hours per week


Age UK Leeds provides a range of services and products in the community, which have been specifically developed to meet the needs of older people. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fundraiser to establish a new fundraising function within Age UK Leeds and to make a real difference for older people in the city.

We want someone with impact and drive to develop and lead our fundraising strategy. You will need strong communication, planning and organisational skills, as well as being motivated, innovative and flexible.

As the Fundraiser you will play a key role in developing and implementing the fundraising strategy, engaging with different segments of the community, including the corporate sector in Leeds. The ability to work on your own initiative and lead and motivate a team of volunteers/ supporters is essential for this post.

Hours of work can be negotiated, but there will be a requirement to work flexibly including occasional evenings and weekends. 

You will be based at the Bradbury Building, Mark Lane, Leeds, LS2 8JA.

Closing Date: EXTENDED TO 1ST SEPTEMBER   by 9am
