Care Coordinators- (H2HCC2.14)

Salary £22,443 pro rata (based on full time as 35 hours a week)

Various Hours available

 

As Care Coordinator you will be responsible for managing a team of Support Workers and Volunteers who will provide one to one support for vulnerable older people through our new Hospital 2 Home (H2H) Service.

 

The successful candidate will have the ability to Coordinate and Develop the service to help prevent admission to hospital and facilitate discharges home.

 

Experience of managing teams, allocating work and developing services are essential for this post. Experience of working within a hospital environment would be of a distinct advantage.

 

You will be based at St James hospital in Leeds.

 

Various hours are available on a rota basis to cover 7 days a week between 12 noon and 8pm. Please note that the service operates on a Bank Holidays, which includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

 

Please note that this role is based in the hospital and there is a uniform code that needs to adhered to. The code includes policies on tattoos, piercings and wearing of jewellery. Please ask for further details if you feel this may affect your application.

 

DBS checks and a work health assessment will be completed for all successful candidates.

Cafe Assistant - (CFAS2.14)

Salary £6.50 p/hr 3-4 shifts per week [over 6 days] occasional events and Sundays.

 

As a Café Assistant you will assist in the day to day running of the café and catering services.

 

You will maintain high standards of customer service and food presentation.

 

The successful candidate will have the ability to prapare food and hot beverages throughout the day and provide a high quality of customer service at all times.

 

Experience of working in a busy catering environment is essential for this post.

 

Experience of cash handling and a level 2 food hygiene certificate would be of a distinct advantage.

 

You will be based in the Arch Café, Bradbury Building.
