We can offer free and confidential support to help you:

Carers Cafés

One-to-one and peer support at our regular drop-in service for carers. No appointment necessary, just call in for an informal chat and coffee:

Every Wednesday between 10am & 12pm

                      and on the

4th Friday of the month between 10am & 12pm

We offer the opportunity for carers to take part in relaxing activities, social gatherings and outings.  One-to-one sessions

are also available in alternative therapies and relaxation techniques.

Information, Advice and Guidance for Carers

 

We can provide carers with information, advice and guidance to enable them to feel more knowledgeable and confident about their caring role.

Training

 

Training sessions are available to help carers feel more able to undertake their role and feel better equipped to do so.
