Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven is a fast growing, forward thinking and friendly organisation and we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Training Manager to join our organisation to implement the CPD and training strategy for our staff and volunteers.

As the Training Manager you will have responsibility for both the development and delivery of training courses for staff and volunteers.
This role would suit an experienced training delivery practitioner with great interpersonal skills and a commitment and loyalty to the team and organisation. This will include working with other senior managers to develop business plans and training needs analysis for the organisation, together with creating and maintain a training log.
Alongside developing and marketing of new courses to external organisations in order to generate income for Age UK LK. The post holder will be required to maintain Information Governance, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Applicants require up to date knowledge and training within Health & Social care in order to deliver training courses such as Dementia, Mental Health and CQC.
Applicants will hold a qualification in relevant learning and development, hold accreditation in order to sign off training courses and will have proven planning and organisational skills.
Flexibility is essential within this role alongside reliability and good time management skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car required.
