London Underground operates a policy that older and disabled customers can request assistance from station staff on arrival, without needing to book in advance – Turn Up and Go assistance.

They are aware there are times when customers don’t get the assistance they need to travel, and are asking older and disabled people to complete a survey about their experiences of Tube staff assistance.

If the survey is not accessible to you, you can email and ask for somebody to call you to complete it over telephone / textphone.

The survey will be open until 31st March 2017, and you can complete it more than once.
