Our information services in St Helens, Warrington and Halton are free, confidential and cover a wide range of issues.
The information service is committed to supporting older people and their carers. When you use our service, you can be assured of a professional and caring service accredited to the CLS quality standards by the Legal Services Commission.
We can help with benefits queries and other money matters, health and help at home, housing, transport enquiries, understanding documents and much more.
The service is free, private and confidential and if we can’t help you we’ll put you in touch with someone who can.
The information service has supported more than 8,000 enquiries over the last year, including assisting people to claim welfare benefits to the total of £350,000.
