When your partner or a relative is admitted to hospital it can be because they have suddenly become ill or disabled,  or perhaps they have been getting gradually in need of more care for months.

 

Whatever the reason, if you are caring for someone who has come out of hospital it can be difficult to know where to turn for advice.

We can tell you where to get help with shopping and support at home or cleaning services or small electrical, carpentry and plumbing jobs in the home. 

 

We can provide information and help you get advice on benefits, details of care services, relief care and more.
