If you are passionate about promoting the wellbeing of older people in Norfolk then we would like you to consider becoming an Age UK Norfolk Trustee.
Detailed knowledge of the voluntary sector is not essential. We are looking for Trustees who will contribute knowledge and experience from their own background, which ideally will include the following:
- Experience in the business sector
- Experience in the health and social care sector - including knowledge of commissioning and service development
As an Age UK Norfolk Trustee you will have a strong commitment to our mission to campaign and work with older people to promote wellbeing and independence in later life across Norfolk.
You will work with other members of the Board of Trustees to ensure that Age UK Norfolk achieves its charitable objectives and you will contribute to the Board’s role in giving strategic direction to the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for an exciting new challenge and would like to contribute to the vital work we do supporting people in later life in the Norfolk community.
