Handling complaints effectively supports our commitment to continually assess and improve our work. Complaints when taken positively can have beneficial effects on the quality of the services we provide. The effective handling of complaints is therefore a vital aspect of our ongoing quality customer care programme and will assist us in driving forward Age NI’s mission 'to enhance and improve the lives of older people'.
