Age NI Personal Alarm Service

The alarm pendant can be worn around the neck or as a wrist band. When you press the red button, it connects 24 hours a day to our dedicated call centre. So if there is an emergency or you have a fall, you can get help quickly.

The alarm works in the home or in the garden, leaving you free to get on with your life.

How it works

1. You can choose a wrist band or pendant and wear it anywhere in your house or garden.
2. If you need help you can press the button and the base unit of your phone will pick up the signal and call our friendly, helpful operators who are on hand 24 hours, 365 days a year.
3. The operator will confirm that help is on its way and contact either your nominated key holder* or the emergency services.
4. Help will arrive to make sure you are ok and give you the assistance you need.

The Age NI Personal Alarm Service is there not only for older customers, but for those with a physical disability, a chronic illness, recovering from illness or who are concerned for their security.

The alarm unit is quick and easy to connect, either by a family member or friend with our "Easy connect" instructions, or by our team of professional, nationwide installers.
