Transforming Your Care: Vision to Action (TYC) is the consultation document summarizing key proposals for changes to the Health Service in Northern Ireland.

Public consultation on TYC closes 15 January 2013.

It is important that the public - including older people – contribute to the TYC consultation. You can submit a response to the consultation as an individual or on behalf of a group or network.

You can input into the consultation by completing the questionnaire found here opens link in new window www.tycconsultation.hscni.net/have-your-say

Groups and networks may choose to have a wider discussion which would develop a group response. Comments can be submitted in any format; using the questionnaire is not required.

Age NI has developed a document to help facilitate group discussions on TYC. This document provides discussion questions on the key points raised in TYC which affect older people, and is designed to encourage a wide-ranging discussion of these important issues.
