Malcolm Stalker
Chair

Malcolm has a huge interest in how the nation disseminates support to the community. Malcolm has been the chair of LCP since February 2016. He is also on the Finance and Resources Committee.
Malcolm lives in North Shields.

John Muir
Vice Chair

John is an experienced senior IT director with blue-chip company expertise in a variety of industries. John wants to leverage his experience within the health and social care sector and contribute to the many challenges faced there. John lives in the Newcastle area.

Sheila Hardeland
Non-Executive Director

Sheila has over 30 years of experience working in the field of Social Care. Prior to taking early retirement in 2017 she was the Strategic Commissioning Lead for Older People with North Tyneside Council. In this post she worked closely with colleagues in the NHS and with commissioned providers, helping to improve both the quality and range of services available for older people in the Borough. Sheila lives in Northumberland.

Helen Easton
Non-Executive Director

Helen has a successful and progressive career operating in HR and Operations Director roles across retail, charity and, more recently, in the banking sector. Helen’s career path has included leading and managing HR, Operations and Transformational teams, and delivering startups and business development, including business restructuring. Helen also has national and international experience, where her successes have included coaching and mentoring executive teams to deliver their business goals successfully.

Helen is a Fellow Member of the CMI and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Helen is an advocate for the benefits of continuous learning and development and works collaboratively with a broad network of professionals.

Ann-Marie Bainbridge
Non-Executive Director

Ann-Marie has worked as a senior manager in adult social care in the voluntary and community and statutory sectors, as well social housing for almost 30 years. During that time she worked for Age UK Gateshead. The Alzheimer’s Society and Home Group. She has managed home care services for older people, independent supported living for people with learning disabilities, people with mental health issues, and outreach services. In her current role, Ann-Marie manages a large advocacy service that mainly provides statutory advocacy across Northumbria and Tyne & Wear.

Amanda Parry
Non-Executive Director

Amanda has almost 20 years of experience in people management across various sectors and is currently a Data and Technology People Lead in the public sector. She is passionate about people and putting them at the heart of everything she does.

Amanda thrives on leading, coaching, supporting and mentoring individuals, teams and operations of people through personal career pathways and huge change programmes. Creating talent pipelines, career pathways, and growing internal talent has been a large part of her recent successes. Amanda creates and implements people strategies to support diversity and inclusion for recruitment and throughout operational teams.

Lesley Young-Murphy
Non-Executive Director

Lesley was Executive Director of Nursing and Chief Operating Officer at North Tyneside CCG until the CCG's closure and its functions transferred to the East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB). She was responsible for leading on the development of the CCG's long-term strategic plans and ensuring the development of partnership and engagement relationships with patients, communities and stakeholders in North Tyneside and the wider North East and North Cumbria system.

Lesley is now retired and a Visiting Professor at Northumbria University.

Ryan Marsden
Non-Executive Director

Ryan has over a decade of experience as an accountant in practice and industry, including various charities. Ryan would like to use this experience to help ensure EveryDay Care & Support can meet its goals and continue to provide services to the local community. Ryan lives in Northumberland.
