Shopping service
We offer an escorted door-to-door shopping service for people aged 60 or over who could not otherwise do their own shopping. We can also help people to start up a shopping service from their neighbourhood.
Working with Community Transport, we are offering regular shopping trips to major supermarkets for small groups of friends and neighbours who otherwise find such a trip difficult. Our volunteers can help with carrying the shopping to the minibus.
A shopping trip currently costs just £4 and clients value the time together as much as the shopping itself!
