We offer Information and Advice on a range of subjects relevant to the needs of people in later life and to those who are caring for older friends, partners and relatives.
The Age UK Notts Information & Advice service operates throughout the City and County of Nottingham. Our information and advice service is independent, impartial, free and confidential.
We typically help local people in later life claim in excess of £2 million in benefit entitlements each year. We can help with benefit entitlements, such as:

We hold drop-in advice surgeries every Monday morning (10am to 12 noon) at Bradbury House, our Nottingham base. No appointment is necessary.
We can offer home visits to disabled or housebound older people in need of help, or advice related to welfare benefit claims. Where appropriate, we will contact local advice-giving services on your behalf.
The success of the Information and Advice Service depends on the dedicated support of a team of trained volunteers. Contact us, without obligation, if you are interested in joining us.
