The scheme structure features two distinct stages:
Stage one: assessment by a panel of up to 5 Technical Review Committee members, who review applications based on the principles of good design and provide detailed feedback on its merits. The findings are then summarised as a written report and returned for further consideration.
Stage two: involves our Steering Committee, which consists of 4 experts and a Chairperson, who scrutinise the Technical Committees’ findings and make a decision based on the merits of the application.
It generally takes 3 months to fully assess an application, at the end of which time your product or service may be accredited, rejected or invited to tender for resubmission. All decisions are accompanied by valuable, constructive feedback which will be of benefit to your business.
