We are open Monday - Friday 9.30am till 1.00pm. Outside office hours a telephone answering machine is available for you to leave your message. We will get back to you as soon as the office re-opens.
The Information Centre in Market Walk under Debenhams in the town centre is also open
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am till 1.00pm.
We offer other specialist advice services for older people, including benefits advice.

Commencing Thursday 2nd February and every first Thursday of each month at the Information Centre, Unit 6 Market Walk, a local company will be offering free Financial Advice. Please call 01527 584653 to book an appointment.
We run an appointment based service from our office to help with benefit claims including form filling. If you can't make it to the office then we can come to you.
We can also arrange for the local Pensions Service to visit you at home and they will provide an overall benefits check or a benefits review.
