Book an appointment with our Wellcheck visitor to access short-term support and services in Redditch.
The aim of the Wellcheck service is to increase choice and enable ease of access to services in Redditch for people who are beginning to experience difficulties.
The objective is to provide an initial assessment and short-term support to help people access services as required.
The Wellcheck visitor will provide as much or as little advice, information, support and encouragement as necessary.
