Get involved

Do you share Age Scotland’s aim of improving later life?  Can you spare a little time to help?

There are lots of ways in which you can support Age Scotland’s work and make a difference to older people in Scotland.  Getting involved can also be an opportunity to sharpen up skills or learn new ones, to make new friends, and to have fun.  You could:

Browse the ‘Get involved’ pages on the left to find out more about these opportunities.

If you are an older person you could also join a local group affiliated to Age Scotland and, through it, take part in the Charity’s regional assemblies.  These enable older people to articulate a collective voice on hot topics for later life.  They also inform, and add force and credibility to, Age Scotland campaigns.  Add your location to the map on this page to find about older people’s groups near you over visit our Community Services pages.
