Age needs one voice. Now it has:
Age Scotland is the new force combining Age Concern Scotland and
Help the Aged. Age Scotland is a member of the Age UK family.
When we are young we don’t worry about getting old. When we are old we shouldn’t have to fear the future. You can help Age Scotland transform the lives of older people in Scotland long after you have gone.
Everyone who remembers Age Scotland in their Will is making sure an older person - sometime, somewhere - will get the helping hand they need.
After you have taken care of your loved ones, if you are in a position to, please include Age Scotland in your Will. Even a small percentage of what is left can make a real difference to us and the people who will need us years from now - approximately 20% of Age Scotland's income comes from legacies - people like you remembering older people in their Wills.
It's so easy to put Age Scotland in your Will and you may find it a useful opportunity to review your Will. We recommend that you consult a solicitor to make sure it still takes account of your wishes and provides for everyone and everything you care about.
If you would like to speak with our legacy officer about leaving a gift in your Will then please contact Martin Munro.
